Talcom HD500W bloqueado no puedo meter firmware
 

Buenas tardes antes de nada, gracias por su tiempo.
Tengo un HD500W el cual actualicé el firmware desde usb y cuando arrancó de nuevo, se quedó en el ultimo canal visualizado y no responde al mando a distancia, es como si se hubiera quedado bloqueado.
Estoy intentando actualizar por cable rs232 (por hyperterminal y teraterm) para meter el firm por xmodem y no lo consigo.
Cuando conecto el deco pulso constantemente la tecla "espacio" pero no inicia el menú y no consiguo iniciarlo de ninguna manera.
Tambien e intentado con rs232_update_tools.exe y tampoco me deja.
¿a alguien le a pasado lo mismo?
¿existe alguna otra forma de actualizar firmware?

..... Si existe otra forma de actualizar...... Busquela en una de las chinchetas......pista...... Es un programa......otra pista...... El ultimo usuario que posteo en ese tema fui yo.....

Si no me he ocnfundido de chincheta despues de buscar las pista ;) lo que sugiere es el rs232_update_tools.exe. También había probado con ese programa y tampoco lo consiguo.
¿Sabe si hay algúna otra manera?

Esta usando un portatil para hacerlo?
Lo que imagino es que su deco no consigue conectarse con su ordenador, problema del cable o de drivers, si es un portatil seguramente tenga problemas de conectarse

Si, estoy utilizando un portatil.
Utilizo un cable hecho por mi (guiandome de otros post del foro) y un adaptador CSL - Adaptador USB 2.0 a serial RS232 (puerto COM).
¿Puede ser poblema de los drivers del adaptador?
