gracias barrigaverde pero yo no doi con la tecla.

utilizo flaps1.4 con cable de xeloa viejo. detecto la flash de vez en cuando con est comando:
FLAPS -PROBEONLY /SKIPDETECT /INSTRLEN:5 /ALIENABLE /XELOA /BYTE


y cuando intento escribir con este comando:

FLAPS -FLASH:BOOTLOADER /SKIPDETECT /INSTRLEN:5 /ALIENABLE /XELOA /FAST /NOERASE /BYTE

llego hasta aqui pero no siempre:
