Gracias por intentar ayudarme, no se siquiera si el .net esta inatalado, bueno ya lo buscare, me he bajado un programa Coreplayer que el setup es un XML, pues bien me sale el cartel (There is no applcation with "_SETUP". Run the application first, then open this file from within the application.) , si quieres te paso el enlace para que le heches un vistazo.
