No se si sera de ayuda pero en el foro de arriva hay un post nuevo donde puso fanboy un post del ts100 y pone esto.

Turn off the tuner by the button on the back
(don't let the tuner boot again, if so redo the first steps)
Upload new firmware through RS232 (maybe A120Combo_20110829_V2.15B8.abs or the patched one)
Let the tuner boot.
It's the only solution I could imagine, but you need to test it at your own responsibility.
