try this for windows 7 x64:
Install Cas3 software
Click ok to about 4 errors
Click finish
Plug in Cas3
Driver installation fails
Open device manager in control panel
Right click on the very top line of the device tree (computer name)
Select add legacy hardware
click next
click next to search ....automatically....
click next to if you know the specific hardware model.......
select jungo form the list
click next
click have disk
click browse
point to c:\program files (x86)\duolabs\cas studio 8.7\drivers\vista64\duolabs.inf
click open
click ok
click next
click next
click install
click finish
unlpug Cas3 and plug it back in again
Cas USB driver should now install automatically
Ready to run Cas3 software
